- $9,700 For felonies at the trial court level and $6,900 for appeal (previously $8,600/$6,100)
- $2,800 For Misdemeanors at the trial court level and $6,900 for appeal (previously $2,400/$6,100)
- $9,700 For Non-capital post-conviction proceedings under 18 U.S.C. Sections 2241, 2254 or 2255 and $6,900 for appeal (previously $8,600/$6,100)
- $1,800 For other representations (previously $1,700)
