You may not file an appearance on behalf of another attorney. The attorney filing the appearance must be the attorney that is logged into CM/ECF.

EFFECTIVE 12/1/04, THE COURT AMENDED ITS POLICIES AND PROCEDURES STANDING ORDER GOVERNING ELECTRONIC FILING. REVISIONS TO THE FORMS WERE ALSO MADE (click on Forms link). SCROLL TO THE BOTTOM OF THE SCREEN AND CLICK ON THE DOCUMENT LINK FOR THE MOST CURRENT UPDATES.

PDF DISKS NOW REQUIRED FOR ALL FILINGS IN PAPER. As of November 1, 2004, all documents filed in paper (including sealed and ex parte filings) must be accompanied by a PDF version on computer disk, UNLESS: (1) the document cannot be reduced to PDF format; or (2) the document cannot reasonably be reduced to the allowable maximum size of 5.0mb; or (3) the court directs otherwise. If an exception applies, you must file the documents in paper accompanied by a Notice of Manual Filing. The Notice of Manual Filing must be in paper and in PDF format. CRIMINAL DOCUMENTS NOW AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC. Criminal case records filed on or after November 1, 2004, that are not sealed or ex parte, are now available to the general public via the Internet. Access continues to be restricted to counsel of record for any documents filed before November 1, 2004. Please click on the notice for important information for counsel to consider when filing documents on or after November 1, 2004.

Setting up E-Mail Notification

CM/ECF users must obtain a PACER account. Recent enhancements to the Court's CM/ECF system now requires that users have a PACER account in addition to their CM/ECF identification name and password to access documents. Users who do not have a PACER account will not be able to view or retrieve docket sheets or documents. For PACER access and online registration, please click here.
