Electronically file a Notice of Manual Filing as provided in the Forms section of the Court’s website pursuant to our Standing Order, identifying the document being filed manually and setting forth the reason(s) why the document cannot be filed electronically; and, transmit the manual filing electronically to the Clerk’s Office through Box.
